– If the return request is due to an unsatisfactory purchase, our return policy is store credit.

– The request for returns needs to be made via email strictly within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, and the item needs to be delivered back within 14 calendar days if internationally shipped, and 7 calendars if locally delivered.

– To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  (not worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way), with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging. Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your return request will be rejected and store credit will not be granted.  

-Returns for store credit can be done by writing a request via email to customerservice@venento.com , with a photograph of the receipt or proof of purchase.

– We will notify you when we have received your returned item. Item will immediately be inspected to determine store credit eligibility. If your return is approved, we will notify you.

– Store credit will only be valid for a period of 6 months from the return date.

– You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning and resending items.

– Items bought during promotions are not accepted for returns.

EXCHANGES

– If the exchange request is specifically damage-related upon receiving the item, the items can be exchanged for another of the same item.

– The request for exchanges needs to be made via email strictly within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, and the item needs to be delivered back within 14 calendar days if internationally shipped, and 7 calendars if locally delivered.

– For exchange, the item must be returned in their original condition that you received it, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging. Items that are unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected.  

– Exchanges can be done by writing a request via email to customerservice@venento.com, with photographic proof of the defect or damaged item, and a photograph of the receipt or proof of purchase in order to proceed with a replacement.

– We will notify you when we have received your returned item. Item will immediately be inspected to determine exchange eligibility. If your exchange is approved, we will notify you. Any deliberate damage caused to the item, will result in rejecting the exchange request.

– Items bought during promotions are not accepted for exchange

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

GENERAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

– Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an event beyond our control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this Website). 

– All payments are to be made solely via the website payment gateway or via bank transfer, and must be completed prior to dispatch.

– Delivery will be made only to the shipping address stated on the order. If you wish to change it due to unavoidable circumstances a written request must be made via email to customerservice@venento.com. However, we will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of such request.

– Orders placed on public holidays and during peak promotional periods, may incur slight delay in delivery / shipping, and we request you to kindly bear with us during such periods.

LOCAL DELIVERY

– Free Shipping / Delivery within Sri Lanka.

– Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 Business days from the date of order

– Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 Business days from the date of order.

– Our courier teams will call you prior to delivery; this will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three such attempts will result in your parcel being returned to us. We will be happy to arrange to redeliver your order as long as It is prepaid, however please note re- delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

– International destination shipping is expected to arrive within 4-14 business days of upon hand over to the courier service.

– You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package. In the event you do not receive a tracking number please email our customer service team at customerservice@venento.com

– International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

– Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 500g.

– Shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order at the time of delivery. We must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them as “Commercial”

The law prohibits us from marking any order as a “gift”; even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country customs service for further information.

– Please note that customs inspections may result in Delivery Estimate delays.

– Failure or refusal to accept the goods will result in the goods being destroyed and purchases are strictly non-refundable.
